Job summary

Socure, based in Seattle, is redefining digital identity with a fast-growing Workforce Solutions portfolio. We seek a senior Product Manager to own zero-to-one initiatives, drive the roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, design, and compliance.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to land lighthouse customers, define pricing and packaging, and push the GTM motion for workforce identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management or product strategy with leadership in identity, risk, fraud, HR or recruitment tech, or data platforms.
• Proven zero-to-one track record from concept to v1 to PMF.
• Strong go-to-market ownership including pricing, packaging, positioning and partnerships.
• Fluent with ML/AI products; able to reason about data quality and model tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy; set a bold multi-year roadmap for workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention.
• Ship zero-to-one; identify key problems, validate quickly, launch v1, and scale.
