Job summary

Socure is seeking an experienced product leader to drive workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention initiatives. You will own the multi-year roadmap, validate problems, and launch v1 with rapid iteration.

You will define pricing, packaging, and partnerships, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to land flagship customers. You will mentor PMs, align engineering, data science, design, compliance, and operations around crisp plans, and grow a robust HRIS/ATS ecosystem

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in product management or product strategy with leadership in identity, risk, HR or recruitment tech.
• Demonstrated zero to one track record from concept to v1 to product market fit.
• Strong go-to-market ownership including pricing, packaging, positioning and partnerships.
• Fluency with ML/AI products, data quality, and platform tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy; set a bold multi-year roadmap for workforce identity, risk, and fraud.
• Ship zero to one; validate problems, launch v1, and scale what wins.
• Deliver end-to-end lifecycle coverage for workforce verification from application to onboarding.
• Orchestrate in RiskOS with the workflow engine, Hosted UX, and adaptive solutions.
• Define success metrics, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.
• Lead GTM with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to land lighthouse customers.
• Grow ecosystem through HRIS/ATS integrations and partnerships.
• Operate with data; translate analytics and signals into priorities and velocity.
• Mentor PMs and align cross-functional teams around crisp plans.
