Job summary

PNC is hiring a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead for the Zelle fraud team, based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL or Denver, CO. This in-office role requires managing outbound fraud support and analyzing cases from enterprise fraud detection systems.

You will interact with customers with suspicious transactions, lead investigations, and help sustain department processes while adhering to risk controls and privacy standards. The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00 ET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in fraud detection/investigation preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate customer cases to minimize fraud and risk.
• Research bank activities to detect and prevent fraud.
• Identify trends and escalate as appropriate.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
