PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead to join the Fraud Detection & Remediation team.

The role supports multiple locations, including Pittsburgh, Birmingham, Strongsville, and Denver, with a shift from Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 - 6:30 pm ET. You will lead complex investigations, apply risk judgment, and manage multiple work streams while ensuring end-to-end fraud detection and AML controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills are essential.
• Experience with fraud investigations and risk assessment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate customer cases and reports to detect fraud and loss.
• Lead and/or train detection staff as needed.
• Document analysis and research findings in formal case records.
