First Horizon Bank seeks a Fraud Data Management Lead to operationalize fraud data across Plaid Signal, Splunk DRS, Zelle, Mosaic, SQL Server, and Microsoft Fabric, delivering actionable intelligence and strengthening risk controls.

You will design data flows, KPIs, and dashboards, partner with Fraud Strategy, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and IT, and mentor analysts to ensure accuracy and auditability.

Competenze

• 6+ years of data management or analytics experience in fraud, risk, or payments.
• Advanced SQL skills (SQL Server) and data modeling experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with fraud signal sources like Splunk, Plaid, Mosaic, Zelle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate policy into technical logic.
• Experience defining KPIs/KRIs and audit-ready documentation.
• Knowledge of fraud and payments domain and risk management practices.

Mansioni

• Ingest, normalize, and manage fraud data across multiple sources into SQL Server and Fabric.
• Design and maintain fraud KPIs and KRIs aligned to risk appetite.
• Write and validate SQL for analytics and modeling.
• Build fraud datasets and semantic models in Fabric with dataflows.
• Develop dashboards for executives and investigations with filters.
• Maintain governance, traceability, and auditability for datasets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor analysts.
