First Horizon Bank is seeking a Fraud Digital Banking Analyst to join our Fraud Strategy Analytics team. You will work with large datasets across digital payment channels to detect and mitigate fraud, using Excel and Power BI to derive actionable insights.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate data into effective controls while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to data-handling standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business/Finance, or related field, or 5+ years of fraud analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel for data analytics.
• Ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize large transaction datasets using Excel and Power BI to identify fraud patterns.
• Apply advanced Excel techniques to perform detailed fraud analyses.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to communicate findings and support mitigation strategies.
• Monitor shifts in fraud activity and provide recommendations to enhance controls.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Document analyses, prepare reporting, and present insights to varied audiences.
