Job summary
Truist is seeking an experienced data/ETL professional to support the Card Fraud Strategy Analytics initiative. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decisions by partnering with business and technology teams, aligning with data governance, and delivering scalable Talend-based ETL pipelines in Snowflake.
You will work closely with Fraud and Enterprise Architects, translate legacy ETL workflows, and optimize data flows for performance and cost, supporting enterprise data modernization efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Technology Delivery and business lines to communicate needs and deliver technology solutions.
- Lead requirements elicitation, document business and technical requirements, and guide stakeholders throughx planning and validation.
- Analyze legacy ETL workloads (Informatica & Ab Initio) and translate them into scalable Talend-based solutions.
- Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines to load and transform data into Snowflake following Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Migrate from legacy tools to Talend and Snowflake, optimize data pipelines for performance and cost.
