Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Sr Consultant, Data Integration to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytical platforms for fraud prevention. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to operationalize fraud models and deliver dashboards for monitoring and decisioning.

You will work in a remote role, with occasional in-person events, and contribute to scalable data architectures, data quality, and cost-efficient cloud solutions across global environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/IS/SE).
• 2 years of data engineering or large-scale data platform experience.
• Experience in Google Cloud (GCP) and building dashboards.
• Strong SQL and Python or Scala.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Spark/PySpark and cloud-native data platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, source control, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global development, deployment, and maintenance of the Cyber Defense data ecosystem.
• Design and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines for fraud detection and risk analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize fraud models in production.
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows for data ingestion and transformation.
• Create dashboards and alerts for fraud and regulatory insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and observability.
