Job summary

CSX in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Corporate Investigator to design and execute anti-fraud analytics projects, review large datasets, and support fraud investigations.

You will develop AI-enabled monitoring tools, create dashboards, and collaborate with Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance, IT, and legal to strengthen controls.

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 2–4 years in fraud analytics or investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, Criminal Justice, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in fraud analytics, financial investigations, internal audit, compliance, or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, perform, and document data analytics projects to identify fraudulent activity, control weaknesses, and emerging risks.
• Analyze large and complex datasets from financial, procurement, payroll, expense, vendor, and operations systems.
• Review transactions for fraud indicators like unusual payments, duplicates, and policy violations.
• Use trend analysis, data mining, visualization to identify anomalies and potential schemes.
• Create and maintain queries, reports, dashboards, and monitoring routines for proactive fraud detection.
• Assist investigations with data collection, reporting, and case documentation.
