The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with experience in student affairs; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of experience in student affairs or related area.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in student affairs or higher education with one year experience.
  • Experience as an advisor to Interfraternity, Panhellenic, or Greek councils.
  • Formal advising or risk management training.
  • Significant student group advising and leadership training.

Responsibilities

  • Advise IFC and student leaders; attend meetings and programs.
  • Maintain student records and documentation.
  • Educate chapters on laws, policies, and risk management.
  • Support IFC operations, budgeting, and program evaluation.
  • Serve as liaison between inter/national offices and the university.
  • Lead coordinations for office enhancements and initiatives.
