• Assist with accreditation, grants, and reporting; maintain current policies and procedures.
• Support curriculum delivery and course coordination; assist with program reviews.
• Recruit, advise, and retain students; monitor performance and coordinate interventions.
• Coordinate clinical placements and manage site relationships; ensure compliance with clinical requirements.

The Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Phlebotomy and PCT Training Programs. The position supports accreditation compliance, student success initiatives, and clinical partnerships to ensure graduates are prepared for workforce entry. This position is classified as an Associate Faculty position and reports to the Director of the Franciscan Center for Professional Development (FCPD). #CB

Experience

Minimum Required At least two (2) years of teaching experience, required; Experience in clinical education and/or coordination, preferred; Experience with accreditation or compliance, preferred

Education

Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education, required; Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Health-Related field, preferred

Training

Current American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification, required
