FranU is seeking a Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and Patient Care Technician training to oversee coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the programs. The role supports accreditation compliance, student success initiatives, and clinical partnerships to ensure graduates are workforce-ready.

The position is Associate Faculty level and reports to the Director of the Franciscan Center for Professional Development.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of teaching experience, required; Experience in clinical education and/or coordination, preferred; Experience with accreditation or compliance, preferred
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution recognized by US DoE, required; Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a Health-Related field, preferred
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification, required

• Coordinate daily operations of the Phlebotomy and PCT Programs
• Maintain accreditation compliance and grant reporting/documentation
• Assist with Program Review and Learning Outcome Assessment
• Recruitment, advising, and retention activities for students

The Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and Patient Care Technician (PCT) Training is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Phlebotomy and PCT Training Programs. The position supports accreditation compliance, student success initiatives, and clinical partnerships to ensure graduates are prepared for workforce entry. This position is classified as an Associate Faculty position and reports to the Director of the Franciscan Center for Professional Development (FCPD). #CB
