  • Instructs and guides the class in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintains accurate records of student work and attendance; posts grades in a timely manner.
  • Advises students through feedback and counseling.
  • Participates in local, state, national, or international professional conferences.

Responsible for fulfilling and sustaining the duties and functions specified by established appointment and promotion criteria, including teaching and service to the school and community. @CB

Responsibilities

  • Construct classroom materials that support the goals of the course
  • Prepare thoroughly for each instructional hour; Instructs and guides the class in an efficient and effective manner
  • Maintains accurate records of student work and attendance, post grades in a timely manner

  • Develops student learning outcomes
  • Utilizes peer review and coaching
  • Applies what has been learned from formative and summative feedback on instruction

Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least one (1) year of teaching experience, preferred
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, required
  • Eighteen (18) hours of Graduate credit in a related field; preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, preferred
