Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Manage assigned aspects of Graduate Student Recruitment and Admissions from inquiry through enrollment.
• Develop and execute recruitment and communication strategies.
• Counsel prospective students and evaluate application readiness and progression.
• Manage assigned recruitment initiatives and analyze Admissions and Enrollment data to support enrollment goals.
• Independently manage prospective student relationships and prioritize recruitment activities.
• Review applications for completeness and progression, evaluating materials against program requirements.
• Provide individualized guidance to prospective students throughout the recruitment and admissions process.
• Conduct strategic outreach via phone, email, SMS, virtual communication, and other approved channels.
• Manage strategies to move prospective students through key admissions stages and improve application completion and enrollment outcomes.
• Analyze admissions and enrollment information using institutional systems and CRM data.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute graduate recruitment events including information sessions, open houses, and virtual engagements.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information for prospective students.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and admissions processes and manage assigned projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties consistent with the position’s scope and institutional objectives.

About You

• Minimum of one year experience in Higher Education Admissions or Recruiting (preferred).
• Ability to travel overnight and work non-standard hours.
• Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds.
• Effective communication skills with prospective students of diverse backgrounds and ages.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, collaboration, planning, prioritization, and organization.
• Valid Louisiana Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within 30 days if relocating.
