Ellianos Coffee is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver structured programs before, during, and after store openings and to coach franchise owners across Florida. You will build strong relationships through proactive, hands-on support and regular on-site visits.

The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to travel ~85% to support locations in Florida and nearby markets.

Job description

• Deliver structured training programs before, during, and after store openings, ensuring franchisees are fully equipped to operate independently.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, building strong, collaborative relationships through clear communication and hands‑on support.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Monitor franchisee compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards to maintain consistency across all locations.
• Provide tailored consulting and problem‑solving support to help franchise owners overcome challenges, improve profitability, and drive long‑term business growth.
• Gather feedback from franchisees and share insights with leadership to inform future training and operational strategies.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and evaluations to track franchisee progress and overall program effectiveness.

Training Specialist Qualifications:

• Proven background in operational leadership, with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable style and patience in building relationships.
• Strong business acumen, with a consultative approach to problem solving and guiding franchisees toward improved results.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to balance independent work with supporting multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage travel, schedules, and priorities while maintaining focus on long‑term goals.
• Willingness and ability to travel 85% of the time to support franchise operations across Florida and select out‑of‑state markets.
• Flexible schedule required, including willingness to work weekends for store openings
• Primary territory covers Jacksonville, Ocala, and Lake City, FL with out‑of‑state travel as needed
• Salary starting at $60k annually, with flexibility based on experience
