Job summary

Mosquito Shield is seeking a Franchise Support Coordinator to join our North Attleborough, MA operations team. This entry‑level role supports franchise owners nationwide by handling systems, orders, and operational help to run successful businesses.

You will interact with both new and established franchise owners, coordinate orders, and ensure tools and resources are available. Four days per week in the North Attleborough office, with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Leadership potential and a desire to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with franchise owners and internal teams.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, internal systems, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact between franchise owners and the Mosquito Shield home office.
• Assist franchise owners with product ordering, supply coordination, and operational support.
• Respond to franchisee questions related to systems, products, orders, and business operations.
• Support franchise owners by helping them access tools, resources, and best practices within the Mosquito Shield system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain to resolve franchisee needs.
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new franchise owners entering the system.
• Help prepare and organize franchise meetings, calls, and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure franchise owners have clear and consistent information.
• Build strong working relationships with franchise owners and internal teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
