The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. In this role, you will work closely with franchise owners, providing guidance, support, and strategic insights to help them build and sustain successful franchise businesses. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with both established owners and those new to the system. Regular communication with franchisees will be key to addressing the seasonal needs of our business. Occasional travel for on-site visits will be required. This hybrid position includes 3-4 days per week in person at our North Attleboro office.
