Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and serve as primary contact for Buying Group questions and opportunities.
• Maintain proactive communication; conduct quarterly owner check-ins to understand needs and opportunities.
• Own onboarding experience; introduce vendor network and programs to new owners.
• Develop structured follow-up processes (30/60/90 days) to drive vendor adoption.
• Track vendor adoption and identify underutilized programs and savings opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings between franchise owners and vendor partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Support campaigns, webinars, and vendor communications; align with internal teams on adoption goals.
• Identify and address recurring pain points; suggest improvements to Partnerships team.
