Job summary

Five Star Franchising is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support franchise owners in navigating the Five Star Buying Group. You will build relationships, proactively identify savings opportunities, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of vendor programs across the franchise system.

You’ll work with owners, vendor partners, and internal teams to solve problems, track adoption, and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and act as a primary contact for Buying Group questions.
• Own the onboarding experience and implement a structured 30/60/90 day plan.
• Drive vendor adoption through outreach, campaigns, and tracking adoption trends.
• Solve issues between franchisees and vendor partners and coordinate meetings.
