Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Franchise Sales professional to own the end-to-end sales pipeline for non-traditional formats, with an immediate focus on Food Truck, on-base opportunities, and expansion with existing franchisees.

You will develop deals, collaborate with Legal and Franchise Development, travel 25–40%, and represent the brand at trade shows, shaping a growing program across military, airports, universities, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with quota attainment; franchise sales, business development, or licensing preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% for prospect meetings, trade shows, and site visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in franchise sales, consultative selling for large opportunities, or development support roles.
• Prior experience managing new store openings and/or franchise transfers is preferred.
• Familiarity with franchise agreements (FDD) and franchisor approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales pipeline for non-traditional formats (food truck, military bases, etc.).
• Identify, qualify, and close candidates for non-traditional unit agreements; guide from first contact to signed agreement.
• Build and manage relationships with military exchanges to create on-base opportunities.
• Partner with multi-unit franchisees to identify expansion candidates within territories.
• Develop and refine sales processes, collateral, and deal structures with Legal and Franchise leadership.
• Track and report pipeline health, conversion metrics, and channel economics to VP of Franchise Sales.
• Represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at trade shows, franchise expos, and procurement events.
• Serve as SME on non-traditional formats as program expands into airports, universities, stadiums, and campuses.
