Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchise partner, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability while serving safe, high-quality food.

This on-site role emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and guest service, with a safe, welcoming workplace for employees and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time

Responsibilities

• Make sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit.
