Job summary

Crisp & Green in Minnesota is seeking a Franchise Recruiting Manager to keep our franchise pipeline full and moving. You will review, screen, and follow up on every lead, and coordinate with our Franchise Sales Director.

This role requires 2–4 years in franchise recruitment/marketing, strong project management, CRM experience, travel up to 15%, and a passion for health and wellness. We offer medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life, pet insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in franchise recruitment, franchise development, marketing, or sales.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Agency experience and a passion for health and wellness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, screen, and follow up on every franchise lead, passing qualified candidates to our Franchise Sales Director.
• Keep the CRM current and report on lead sources, volume, and conversion.
• Partner with our outside PR agency on press, campaigns, and franchise awareness.
• Plan and run trade shows, Discovery Days, and industry events.
• Build recruitment materials and presentations that reflect our brand.
• Manage recruitment projects from kickoff to close, on time and on budget.

Compensation and benefits

$75,000 annual base salary, plus full benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and 401(k))
