Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Project/Store Development professional in the Dallas, TX area to drive the timely development of new stores and the smooth transition of existing stores to new ownership.

You will collaborate with Franchise Owners, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Familiarity with FranConnect is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop and manage relationships with Franchise Owners, vendor partners and internal teams.
• Document and report on project progress including development schedules for each location.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Review blueprints and propose optimization adjustments.
• Coordinate outside partners (GCs, vendors) and maintain schedules.
• Manage permit submission processes.
• Ensure all permits and comments from municipalities are addressed.
• Identify and resolve blockers to project progress.
• Lead daily status meetings and distribute notes.
• Administer FranConnect tasks and requirements.
