You will read franchisee P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to assess capacity to invest, negotiate ADAs, guide transfers, and support regulatory and governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a franchised environment with 5+ years in franchise development.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Deals: sourcing, structuring, negotiating, closing development or transfer agreements.
• Strong command of the FDD, franchise law fundamentals, and industry best practices.
• Fluent reading of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Responsibilities

• Assess growth potential and ADA opportunities with franchise teams.
• Build and maintain ADA pipeline with market-by-market capacity.
• Negotiate and close ADAs and amendments; present to Franchise Development Council.
• Evaluate franchisees for brand alignment and financial capacity to invest.
• Oversee transfers, M&A, and franchise agreements end-to-end.
