Job summary

Experian Employer Services seeks a Product Manager, Strategic Integrations to steer the full lifecycle of card product integrations, shaping strategy, partnerships, data connectivity, and new solutions. This remote role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and collaborates with customers, partners, and internal teams to define requirements and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience for revenue-generating products.
• 3+ years building or managing card programs in financial services or regulated environments.
• 3+ years managing products across the full lifecycle.
• 3+ years translating business and customer needs into product requirements and backlog items.
• 3+ years solving complex problems using data.
• 3+ years communicating product decisions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for assigned card products or domains, including strategy, discovery, design, development readiness, launch, optimization and retirement.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, value proposition, business outcomes and success measures.
• Drive product performance including revenue, growth, profitability, customer adoption, efficiency and risk outcomes.
• Own or influence product P&L, including pricing and financial impacts with Finance.
• Create clear product requirements, process flows, customer journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain readiness by identifying open decisions, dependencies, risks and owners.
• Navigate complex product decisions and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Engage with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to inform direction.
• Provide concise updates on outcomes, readiness, risks and actions.
• Use insights and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis and documentation.
