The role emphasizes ownership over the sales process and margins to support our ESOP-driven culture. You will own the sales pipeline pace, lead daily huddles, master CRM/ERP systems, and ensure accurate Scopes of Work and timely orders, protecting OTIF and margins.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales pipelines and quotes.
• Ability to log leading indicators and provide project updates.
• Proficient in creating Scopes of Work (SOW) and taking-off quantities.
• Understand lead times and OTIF to protect delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly closing actions across open quotes.
• Lead daily huddles and share project updates.
• Log leading habits in CRM/ERP and prepare SOWs.
• Ensure order templates meet lead times and OTIF standards.
• Create efficient schedules to maximize calendar capacity and track indicators.
