Drexel is a team‑owned lumber and building materials company with six retail hubs and three manufacturing plants across Wisconsin. We seek a Franchise Operator Master to drive net‑new revenue, upgrade portfolios, and deliver elite client experiences by working side‑by‑side with builders and internal operations.

Qualifications

• What Success Looks Like: Achieve a baseline of 2.5 to 5 intentional Face‑to‑Face meetings or Drexel Assists per week.
• Pipeline Momentum: 100% weekly execution rate of Closing Momentum actions across all open quotes in your active sales pipeline.
• Revenue Generation: Hit targeted net‑new revenue tiers.
• Data Quality & OTIF: Zero‑error rate on submitted scopes of work and order templates.
• Locker Room Contribution: Active self‑reporting on the ESOP scoreboard and mentoring rookies.

Responsibilities

• Operational Pace‑Setting: set the tempo for your sales pipeline and close actions weekly.
• Tactical Communication: lead daily huddle, share updates, and resolve challenges.
• System Mastery: log leading habits, complete Scopes of Work, and execute digital take‑offs.
• Logistics Logic: ensure templates respect lead times and protect OTIF delivery capacity.
• The Science of Dispatching: build highly efficient schedules that maximize throughput.
