Drexel Building Supply Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Franchise Operator Master to drive net-new revenue and elevate client experiences by partnering with builders and internal operations.

You will own close actions, lead daily huddles, master CRM/ERP workflows, and ensure orders and SOWs align with lead times. This role protects margins, supports the ESOP program, and keeps projects on schedule with reliable, high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Drive net-new revenue and portfolio upgrading by working with builders and internal operations.
• Log leading indicators, maintain accurate quotes, and execute Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Plan and schedule orders to respect lead times and protect OTIF delivery capacity.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate project updates to resolve builder challenges.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the sales pipeline tempo and weekly closing actions across quotes.
• Ensure order templates align with projected lead times and deliver on time.
• Log and monitor leading indicators and Drexel Assists to optimize calendar capacity.
• Protect margins and contribute to profit-sharing and ESOP growth.
