Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a Franchise Operations Director to lead multiple restaurants in the assigned market, building teams, upholding brand standards, and delivering strong financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in restaurant ops, oversees 5+ units, and excels at leadership development, succession planning, and customer hospitality, with ServSafe cert and Restaurant365 familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive restaurant operations leadership within fast-casual or hospitality brand.
• Experience overseeing at least five restaurant locations simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to improve restaurant sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and team retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of multiple CRISP & GREEN restaurants.
• Establish a culture of accountability, hospitality, and operational excellence.
• Ensure every restaurant consistently executes brand standards.
• Provide strategic direction while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the operational decisionmaker for the franchise organization.
• Own the financial health of the business across all locations.
• Analyze P&Ls to identify opportunities and implement corrective action.
• Improve restaurant profitability through labor management, food cost controls, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and hold leadership teams accountable for results.
• Build annual operating plans and budgets.
• Recruit, coach and develop Area Leaders, General Managers, and future leaders.
• Create succession plans across every restaurant.
• Build internal promotable talent pipelines.
