Access Garage Door & More seeks an Operations Manager to lead logistics and fleet field operations at our Chattanooga headquarters for a national franchise system. You will optimize daily workflows, supervise office staff and field schedules, and drive performance across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership, P&L oversight experience, and a proven ability to enforce standards while managing a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience directly managing operational workflows and personnel.
• Proven experience executing financial management tasks, including P&L oversight and accounts receivable tracking.
• Strong background in customer relations, leadership, and procedural enforcement in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience executing financial management tasks, including P&L oversight and accounts receivable tracking.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong background in customer relations, leadership, and procedural enforcement in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer background, including experience with the microsoft suite, google suite, and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior management experience operating within an exteriors, landscaping, or mechanical service industry.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations and optimize logistics within a high-growth business model.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing operational tech packages, inventory scheduling tools, and CRM platforms.
