Job summary

Culver Franchising System, LLC is currently looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support our new and existing franchisees and growth in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and Western Wisconsin.

This remote, home-based role requires travel approximately 80% of the time with some overnight stays. Starting Pay Range: $90,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and includes a generous incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Two-year College or University degree and 5-8 years experience in multi-unit management.
• Ability to travel up to 80% including nights and weekends.
• Proven leadership, guest relations, and cost-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Culver Franchising System, LLC, the support team, suppliers and franchisees.
• Provide leadership and advice on restaurant operations, food cost control, labor investments, expenses, safety and guest relations.
• Ensure operations reflect the brand, protect trademarks and comply with brand standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the FDD to ensure operational compliance.
• Coordinate openings with support teams and adhere to opening budgets.
