Job summary

Culver Franchising System, LLC is seeking a dynamic Franchise Business Consultant to support new and existing franchisees in the Florida Panhandle. The role emphasizes guest service, new restaurant openings, and financial results across the Culver’s brand.

The position is remote/home-based with travel about 80% and some overnight stays; prior GM/District Manager experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or university degree in related field
• 5–8 years GM/District Manager experience in a multi-unit restaurant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Culver Franchising System, LLC, support team, suppliers and franchisees
• Provide leadership to franchisees on operations including food cost control, labor, expenses, safety, sanitation
• Ensure franchisee operations reflect the Culver’s brand and meet brand standards
• Be knowledgeable of Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for compliance
• Manage restaurant openings with appropriate support and budgets
• Support franchisees in expansion with operations and HR preparations
• Help franchisees achieve sales, guest satisfaction and experience goals
• Represent company operations on committees as needed
• Plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives
