Aquent Talent is seeking a dynamic licensing and brand management professional to drive strategy and execution for kids and family franchises across consumer products and experiences in Los Angeles.

You will develop franchise pitches, coordinate assets, manage influencer campaigns, and support live events, partnering with senior leadership to expand brand reach.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in licensing, strong presentation skills, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive, agile mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in licensing, consumer products, brand management, promotions, or retail.
• Exceptional presentation software skills for delivering impactful sales presentations.
• Proven ability to present and communicate with senior leadership.
• Independent problem-solver with a track record of leading projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Execute consumer products, retail, and licensee initiatives for franchises.
• Support strategic franchise initiatives and cohesive brand messaging.
• Develop and refresh franchise pitch decks for major presentations and partnerships.
• Maintain integrated planning documents and calendars for franchise portfolios.
• Monitor content potential to grow into new franchises.
• Distribute franchise assets, trackers, and fact sheets to stakeholders.
• Provide brand input on publishing editorial content and marketing strategies.
• Support live events with asset procurement and seamless execution.
• Contribute to social media planning and engaging content.
