Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC. is seeking a Franchise Compliance Administrator to oversee franchisor compliance and ensure franchisees adhere to regulatory and brand requirements.

The role administers franchise agreements, enrolls franchisees in commercial insurance, and supports compliance reviews with enforcement of standards. You'll collaborate with operations and legal teams to update policies, maintain records of agreements, enrollments, reviews, and fines, and travel as needed to interact with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in regulatory compliance.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in franchise compliance or related roles.

Responsibilities

Administer franchise agreements with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Oversee enrollment of franchisees in our commercial insurance programs.
Collaborate with operations to conduct compliance reviews and maintain high standards.
Issue fines and corrective actions for non-compliance with brand or regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.
Maintain detailed records of franchise interactions, agreements, enrollments, reviews, and fines.
