Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise and License Development to lead the franchise lifecycle from prospect through approval, contracting, opening, renewal, and transfer. You will coordinate with Legal, IT, Marketing, and franchise partners to ensure timely, compliant processes and strong partnerships.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to support responsible growth of the Bagel Brands portfolio.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle deal management experience.
• Experience reviewing, managing, or coordinating contracts and other detailed legal or business documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to coordinate across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, timelines, and stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Franchise development and candidate management including lead database and disclosures.
• Agreements, documentation and compliance management for franchise agreements and related fees.
• Franchise renewals and transfers including ROFR requirements and transfer documentation.
• Vendor and external partner management to support development activities.
• Process management and continuous improvement of development tools, templates, and reporting.
