Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer with a focus on nationwide franchise lending. You will inherit and manage an established franchise portfolio, building and nurturing client relationships across the United States while underwriting loans and presenting credit analyses.

This role offers flexibility with an office location between Wichita and Pittsburg, Kansas, and requires periodic travel to visit franchise clients.

Qualifications

5-7 years commercial banking and lending experience.
Franchise lending or franchise industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial spreading.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated with portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of franchise lending relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with franchise owners across the United States.
Analyze financial statements, prepare credit presentations, and underwrite loans.
Complete financial spreading and cash flow analysis using Excel.
Travel several times each year to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
Identify opportunities to deepen banking relationships while delivering client service.
