Job summary

gpac represents a premier Kansas community bank in seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for its national franchise lending portfolio. The role offers location flexibility between Wichita and Pittsburg, KS, with a base salary of $70,000 to $110,000 DOE.

You will manage nationwide franchise lending relationships, analyze financials, underwrite loans, and travel 3–4 times yearly to client sites. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in commercial banking, strong credit and Excel skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

Commercial banking and lending experience (5-7 years ideal).
Franchise lending or franchise industry experience preferred.
Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial spreading.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated professional who manages an established portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of franchise lending relationships.
Build trusted partnerships with franchise owners located throughout the United States.
Analyze financial statements, prepare credit presentations, and underwrite commercial loans.
Complete financial spreading and cash flow analysis using Excel.
Identify opportunities to deepen banking relationships while delivering exceptional client service.
Travel several times each year to meet clients in person.
