CareDx, Inc. is a leading precision medicine company focused on transplant patients. The VP of Specialty Oncology leads NavDx franchise across Head & Neck, GI, and Gynecologic cancers, owning strategy, marketing, medical education, and field execution.

This role drives adoption, clinical integration, and payer coverage while partnering with Medical Affairs and R&D to shape the portfolio and evidence strategy. A senior leadership position with broad cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or biopharma.
• Led multiple product/indication launches as a Commercial lead.
• Deep experience in upstream/downstream marketing and medical collaboration.
• Experience working with Medical Affairs on trials, evidence, publications.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated franchise strategy across HPV-driven cancers.
• Translate clinical evidence into strategic priorities and investments.
• Lead market shaping strategies to redefine standards of care.
• Oversee downstream marketing campaigns, field enablement, and activations.
• Provide strategic leadership to Medical Education teams.
• Direction of field teams, targeting, and forecasting.
