Caring Transitions is seeking aFranchise Business Coachto help franchise owners build stronger, more profitable businesses through coaching, accountability, and operational excellence.You'llbe joining our Franchise Business Coaching team, which consists of eight experienced coacheswith backgrounds rangingfrom former Caring Transitions franchise owners to business coaches and franchise leaders from other industries.We'rea collaborative and supportive team that values proactive problem solving, authentic relationships, and helping franchise business owners achieve their goals.
AsaFranchise Business Coach,you'llpartner with a portfolio ofapproximately 40–60 franchise owners, serving as their trusted advisor as they grow and scale their businesses.You'llanalyze financial and operational performance, develop strategic action plans, coach owners through challenges, and drive adoption of systems, standards, and best practices across the franchise network. In this role,you'llcollaborate closely with franchise owners and cross-functional corporate teams to help improve business performancewhile supporting the continued growth of the Caring Transitions franchise network.
The Franchise Business Coach will report to the Director of Franchise Business Coaching.
This is a remote U.S.-based position withapproximately25-45% travelfor in-person meetings, trainings, and conferences. The salary range for this position is$60,000-$70,000baseannually.
HowYou’llMake an Impact:
Partnerwithfranchise ownersin virtual and on-sitesessionsto understand challenges and pain points;design planstoelevatebusiness performance,improveoperational efficiency,andachieve revenue goals
Coach franchise owners on all aspects of their business, includingoperations, sales, marketing, team development,brand standards,andleadership,empoweringthemtobuild stronger, more sustainable businesses
Analyze financial statements, operational KPIs, and business trends toidentifyopportunities, develop strategic action plans, and drive measurable improvements
Drive adoption of Caring Transitions systems, standards, and best practices while helping franchise owners implement processes that improve efficiency and consistency
Build strong relationships through regular coaching calls, business reviews, field visits, and ongoing communication that fosters accountability, trust, confidence, and continuous improvement
Attend conferences, regional and national meetings, and other events as a Caring Transitions ambassador,representingthe brand through presentations, training, and conversations with franchise candidates and new owners
Ensuretimelypayment of royalties, national branding fees, and other financial obligations
Partner withteam membersto share field insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure franchise owners have the tools and resources they need to succeed
Who You Are:
You have 5+ years of experience in business coaching, franchise operations, business ownership,ormulti-unit leadershipwith a demonstratedtrack recordof improving business performance
Analytical with strong business acumen,you can translatefinancial statements, operational KPIs, and performance trends into actionable recommendations and strategic plans
An exceptional coach and relationship builder, you know how to influence, motivate, and hold others accountable while building trust and credibility
A confident public speaker, you are comfortable presenting to and/or training large audiences
High EQ;you cannavigatedifficult conversationsandprovide direct, constructive feedback withtheempathy and professionalismthat inspires elevation
Highly organized, adaptable,and self-directed,you'reskilled at managing competing priorities, balancing the needs of multiple franchise owners, and adapting to changing business demands
Dedicated and dependable, you build trust with business partners through consistent communication, proactive problem solving, andfollow-through
Collaborative by nature, you enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams, sharing insights, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the overall franchise system
Willing and able to travelapproximately 25–45% for field visits, conferences, training, and franchise support
