Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK seeks a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly acclimate to Crunch culture and drive club profitability. You’ll energize the team around clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals while focusing on member satisfaction and retention through timely issue resolution and exceptional service.

You’ll lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, KPI tracking, and payroll management to ensure optimal coverage and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Labor management and inventory control experience beneficial.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Member focused in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all times.
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor degree in business management or related field
