Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly assimilate into the Crunch culture and drive profitability through strong leadership and excellent member service. You will energize the team, hire and onboard talent, and manage payroll while maintaining operational excellence.

You will lead with speed and urgency, creating a hospitable environment for staff and members, and upholding compliance across all club activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.

Responsibilities

• Drive club profitability by energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Focus on member satisfaction and retention with timely issue resolution.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking; manage staff schedules and payroll for optimal coverage.
• Ensure compliance, inventory, and overall club experience meet high standards.
