Job summary

Drive Social Media LLC seeks Franchise Business Developers to drive growth by researching concepts, cold calling to book demos, and presenting digital marketing strategies to franchisees. You will manage the Salesforce pipeline and undergo structured training to prove competencies, with rapid promotion opportunities as you excel.

First-year earnings average $85,000–$100,000, with top performers earning more. The role offers strong growth potential in a dynamic, award-winning agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of face-to-face and cold calling experience.
• Outbound cold calling experience.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees.
• Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with.
• Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies.
• Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• 3 months of training, broken down into; 1 month of hands-on boot camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts.
• 6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer.
• 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer.
