Job summary

Drive Social Media is expanding its franchise development team and seeks motivated sales professionals to grow the business across multiple markets. You will research prospects, cold call to set demos, and present digital marketing solutions to franchisees while managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Training lasts 3–4 months with a growth path to Senior Business Developer and Director levels within 12–18 months, offering rapid advancement and high earning potential through uncapped

Qualifications

• Self motivated and driven.
• Proven sales experience.
• Outbound cold calling experience.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of face-to-face & cold calling experience.
• Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees.
• Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with.
• Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies.
• Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce.
