Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with 8+ years in multi-unit management.

• Solid understanding of profit and loss and financial drivers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in franchise documentation and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned Eyecare Centers and corporate partners.
• Provide insights and feedback on store operations for continuous improvement.
• Lead quarterly regional meetings and oversee new store openings.
