Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant Trainee I to participate in a rigorous training program with on-site restaurant immersion. The role centers on driving operational excellence across non-traditional markets and maintaining clear communication between the company and franchisees.

You will advise franchisees and teams, support openings and ownership changes, provide training, and help implement new concepts, traveling regularly to partner locations to coach and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong relationship, team building, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel by airplane and automobile to visit franchisees and attend events.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to offices and stores as required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds and reach up to six feet high.

Responsibilities

• Complete on-site training at a restaurant location and uphold company service standards.
• Guide and support franchisees in maintaining operational excellence and quality standards.
• Identify and develop end-to-end strategies to streamline processes and improve margins.
• Assist other franchise business consultants with openings, ownership changes, training, and new concepts.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate departments, franchise owners, and candidates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with departments to ensure integrated business functions.
• Analyze sales and cost data and provide direction to improve performance.
• Maintain documentation for all franchisees and candidates seeking franchise ownership.
