Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience developing and executing multi- channel marketing campaigns.
• Franchise development, lead generation, or agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot to create and measure campaign performance; SEO experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and franchise portals.
• Create and refine franchise recruitment content and collateral (landing pages, emails, presentations, social content).
• Plan and support franchise recruitment events and webinars.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics for optimization.
• Collaborate with Franchise Development, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to align marketing with growth goals.
• Test messaging, creative, audiences, and campaign strategies to uncover new opportunities.
