The unique MBA Development Program offers intensive training on franchise operations, leadership, and sales strategy, along with mentorship and a clear path to business ownership. Candidates will receive a salary equivalent to an annualized figure of $65,000, plus bonuses. This role requires strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and recent MBA completion. Compensation also includes corporate housing, travel to headquarters, and a daily meal allowance.

Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduates with leadership experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Prior experience in sales, consulting, finance, or business operations is preferred.
