Five Star Franchising is seeking a Senior Director of B2B Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution for multiple national brands. Reporting to the CGO, you will shape plans, build scalable systems, and drive measurable results across franchise networks.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will collaborate with Brand Presidents, Operations, and Sales to align programs with franchisee needs.

Qualifications

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience in campaign measurement and ROI tracking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
• Experience building scalable marketing systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in franchise, multi-location, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and challenge Brand Marketing Team Members to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Instill a culture of DRIVE—high performance with authenticity, enthusiasm, and collaboration.
• Align teams around clear goals, transparent communication, and a shared playbook for success.
• Define brand strategies and annual plans with CGO and brand leadership.
• Build scalable marketing systems, dashboards, and processes with clear KPIs.
• Champion operational excellence and structured execution—"running the offense" with precision.
• Drive a test-and-learn culture with disciplined tracking, weekly reviews, and optimization.
• Work with Brand Presidents, Operations, Sales, and Franchise Support to meet franchisee needs.
