Job summary

Brightway Insurance is seeking a Franchise Sales Consultant to identify prospective franchise purchasers, qualify them, and close sales with signed contracts. You will drive franchise growth, act as the external face of Brightway, and collaborate with Franchise Sales to expand our network.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, presenting Brightway’s model, and leveraging shared services to accelerate opportunities. Strong consultative selling skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
• 5 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and profile of a successful franchisee and our sales process; identify and manage potential sources of franchisees.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Brightway value proposition and shared services to support conversations that generate opportunities.
• Initiate outbound prospecting and communication strategies targeting captive agents and IA agents; focus on targeted geographic areas.
• Proactively make outbound calls or emails to prospects to sell company features and benefits.
• Identify and re-engage current dormant opportunities with timely timing considerations; understand market dynamics.
• Cultivate positive relationships with current franchisees and use them as references when appropriate.
• Manage workload with calendars and checklists; keep systems updated with activities and follow-ups.
• Document processes to ensure replicable steps; maintain process and procedure manual.
• Identify process improvements to make the department efficient and effective; listen to feedback.
• Work as part of a team to ensure non-duplicative efforts; perform outbound and inbound sales].
