FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Franchise Business Coach based in Eden Prairie, MN, with hybrid work. You will partner with franchise owners to drive performance, develop joint business plans, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and travel as needed to support the network. The ideal candidate has franchising experience, a solid background in business development, and the ability to deliver training and actionable financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in franchising or business coaching.
• Franchising experience required.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations and business development.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support franchisees to improve operations, sales and profitability.
• Conduct performance reviews and create action plans for underperforming locations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly Joint Business Planning with franchisee and marketing teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and lead business plan reviews including reviewing franchisee P&Ls.
• Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and policies; drive operational excellence.
• Deliver training programs and materials for franchisees and staff; update internal manuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and act as liaison to corporate team.
• Pull and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly reports; provide financial updates to leadership team.
